We are passionate about helping you stay motivated and focused to reach your fitness goals. Watch yourself excel as a member of SUFiT. SUFiT is a personal training program on campus, serving Shenandoah University’s students, faculty, and staff. Whether you are looking for guidance in strength training, weight loss, or simply to learn how to use the equipment in the Brandt Student Center Fitness Center, our certified trainers will lead you through the 6-week program.
